CKM Woodhouse Builders offers three things most builders keep separate: verified coffee estate land, premium teak cut at their own saw mill, and custom wooden homes, cottages, farm houses, resorts and cafés. They needed a website that explained all three clearly and made it easy for visitors to get in touch. At Codenbrand, we built a fully custom WordPress theme with no page builders and no off-the-shelf template, so the site is fast, easy to manage and shaped around how buyers actually browse.

Our Solution
Custom WordPress Theme
A hand-coded, fully responsive theme with a warm, wood-inspired design. A hero slider, a mega menu for services and projects, and clear sections guide visitors from “what do you offer?” to “let’s talk” in a few taps.
Structured Content, Easy to Manage
Services, projects, building styles, testimonials, blog posts, FAQs and the gallery are each managed from their own section of the WordPress admin. Even the home, About and Contact page text and the contact details are editable, so the client can keep the site up to date on their own.
Enquiry Forms & Leads Dashboard
The contact page and every service page have an enquiry form with spam protection. Each enquiry is saved to the database, the team is notified by email and the visitor receives a confirmation. A custom reports page lets the team view and export all enquiries.
Performance & SEO
Optimised WebP images, lean code and clean semantic markup give fast load times. Clean URLs, SEO meta setup and FAQ structured data provide a solid base for search visibility.
