Overview
Himalaya Fitness is a gym in Soladevanahalli, North Bengaluru, offering strength training, cardio, HIIT, yoga, personal training and nutrition coaching. They needed a website that shows the gym as it really is and makes it simple for a new visitor to book a free visit. At Codenbrand, we built a fully custom WordPress theme with no page builders and no off-the-shelf template, so the site is fast, easy to manage and designed around one goal: getting people through the door.
The Challenge
- Visitors want to see the real gym, the equipment and real member feedback before they commit.
- The gym needed photos, videos and reviews it could update without a developer.
- Every enquiry had to be captured and the team notified straight away, from both the home page and the contact page.
- The design had to feel strong and premium while staying quick on mobile phones.
Our Solution
Custom WordPress Theme
A hand-coded, fully responsive theme with a bold dark and gold design. Clear sections for programs, membership plans, gallery, videos, reviews, blog and contact guide visitors from “what do you offer?” to “book my free visit” in a few taps.
Photos, Videos & Reviews, Easy to Manage
The photo gallery, video library, testimonials, FAQs and Instagram section are each managed from the WordPress admin with Advanced Custom Fields. The gallery opens in a lightbox, videos play on the site itself without leaving the page, and member reviews show a star rating taken from real Google reviews.
Free Visit Form & Leads Dashboard
One shared enquiry form on the home page and contact page checks the visitor’s name, mobile number and consent before it is sent, and is protected against spam. Each enquiry is saved to the database, the team is notified by email and the visitor receives a confirmation. A custom reports plugin lets the team view, search and export every lead.
Performance & SEO
Optimised WebP images, lean code and clean semantic markup give fast load times. Page-level SEO setup with Yoast, clean URLs and a custom search page provide a solid base for local search visibility.
